Product & Material

Where are our products made?

All of our products are 3D printed in our small family-run studio in Swansea, UK. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail to bring a bit of joy into your everyday life.

What material do you use?

We use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based and biodegradable material made from renewable resources such as cornstarch or sugarcane. It’s safe, lightweight, and ideal for everyday 3D printed products.

Are the products safe for children?

Our products are suitable for ages 5+ under adult supervision. From around 10 years and older, they can generally be used independently. They are designed as functional sensory and desk items rather than toys for rough play. As with all 3D printed products, they should be used gently and responsibly.

How should I care for my product?

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat, as PLA may soften or warp under extreme conditions. Clean gently using a soft cloth or small brush.

Please note: our products are designed for normal, everyday use and should not be exposed to excessive force. Like any crafted item, they can break if misused. The clickers are designed specifically for clicking use only.

 

Why does the product surface look slightly uneven?

As with all 3D printed products, small surface lines, layer marks, or slight imperfections may be visible. This is a natural part of the 3D printing process and is what makes each piece unique rather than mass-produced.
We believe these small details add charm and character to every item.

 

Why might the product colour look different in person?

Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person compared to what you see on your screen. This can vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.
These slight variations are completely normal and are not considered a defect or reason for return.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, all 3D printed essentials are shipped across the United Kingdom using trusted delivery services like Royal Mail and EVRI.

When will my order ship?

Orders are carefully dispatched within 1–3 days. Processing time does not include bank holidays. If we anticipate a delay we will contact you. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and external factors.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Swansea, UK, where our studio is based.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over £40.
You can choose the following options on your checkout:

  • Free local pick-up in Swansea – please contact us after ordering to arrange pickup.
  • Standard delivery: £3.50 – estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery: £5 – estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery delays

All orders may be shipped by EVRI or Royal Mail. We may choose the courier base on:
– Service availability
– Delivery time
– Parcel size and weight
– Destination postcode

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure all delivery details entered at checkout are correct. We cannot take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us because of this, we can either:

  • resend the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • issue a refund for the item cost (shipping fees are not included)

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made on our side.

Lost or missing parcels

If your order seems delayed or potentially lost, please start by reviewing the tracking updates. It’s also worth checking any safe locations around your property or asking neighbours in case it has been left with them.

If you still can’t locate your parcel, please get in touch with us and we will contact the courier to open an investigation.

A replacement or refund can only be processed once the courier officially confirms the parcel is lost or cannot be delivered, as per their standard procedure.

Delivery delays

Once your order has been passed to the courier, we are no longer able to control the delivery process. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors such as:

  • courier delays or high workload
  • adverse weather conditions
  • strikes or industrial action
  • peak seasonal demand
  • incorrect or incomplete address details

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Refunds cannot be issued for delays unless the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.

How do I request a return?

Please contact us first with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve this in line with our Return Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are custom or personalised items refundable?

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

My parcel is delayed or missing — what should I do?

First, check your tracking updates and any safe places or neighbours. If you still can’t locate your parcel, please contact us and we will raise an enquiry with the courier. A replacement or refund can only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable.
