Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our products is made using 3D printing technology, which may result in slight variations in texture, color, or finish. These characteristics are normal and not considered defects.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
– Non-personalized items in their original condition, unused and with original packaging
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
– Custom or personalized products
– Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged. Provide photos of the issue to help us process your request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will resolve this in line with our Return Policy.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
– courier backlogs
– weather events
– industrial actions
– seasonal demand
– incorrect addresses
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not qualify for a refund unless the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears lost or delayed:
– Check tracking updates
– Check safe places / your neighbours
– Contact us
We will raise an enquiry with the courier. A replacement or refund will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable, in line with their process.
Address responsibility
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us because of this, we can either:
– resend the order (additional postage charges may apply), or
– refund the item cost (shipping fees are not included)
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
