These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We operate an online store selling both standard and custom-made 3D-printed products. All products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology, which may result in minor variations or imperfections.
2. Products
2.1 Standard Products
Standard products are pre-designed items that are manufactured upon order or held in stock.
2.2 Custom Products
Custom products are made-to-order based on customer specifications, including but not limited to design, size, colour, or modifications.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom manufacturing, slight variations from digital previews or design files may occur.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
- suspected fraud
- unavailability of materials
- design feasibility issues
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Custom Work Approval
For custom orders, we may provide digital previews or design confirmations. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all specifications before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production time, courier issues, or material availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Standard Products
You may be eligible to return standard products in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the item is unused and returned within the statutory cooling-off period (usually 14 days).
7.2 Custom Products
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective or not as described. This includes items made specifically to your specifications.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Minor surface imperfections inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, and content on this website remain our property or the property of our licensors. Customers must not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.
Custom designs created based on customer input may not be reused or resold by us unless agreed otherwise.
10. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- all information provided is accurate
- you have the right to use any files or designs submitted for custom printing
- your request does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
